This wooden composter is made from larch and Douglas fir.
Description of the household composter:
Instead of throwing kitchen vegetable waste into the trash, place them in the compost bin and get excellent natural fertilizer for your indoor plants or garden.
The household wooden composter has a truncated pyramid shape that allows for the gravity-driven descent of waste as they mature.
The wide upper trap, made of poplar for its lightweight, provides easy access for filling.
The lower trap, equipped with retention hooks in low and high positions, allows for compost retrieval.
The construction of the composter:
The planks making up the composter are assembled disjointed to facilitate compost aeration. We make the body of the household composter from larch wood, known for its resistance to rot and longevity.
These woods are natural and come from sustainable forest management, and of course, they are untreated. Suitable for kitchen scraps and various organic waste,
the household wooden composter is too small for organic dry toilet waste, unless they are used infrequently.
Due to its size, filling it up too quickly is a concern.
